Hi, I'm Christine

YOU are the reason I decided to become a Life Coach

Were you meant for something greater, to live with more purpose, to grow and thrive, and most importantly, align your goals to match your values?  I know what it feels like for life to feel out of balance, to not feel your best.   


I am the mother of a 25 year old neurodivergent daughter. Through watching her life's successes and challenges, I now realize that my purpose in life is to help Elizabeth find HER purpose.  


Elizabeth has walked the path of a neurodivergent child, teen, and now adult. She knows that there are so many adults like her.  There's depression, sadness, isolation, loneliness, anger, and fear. I believe I can help.


I am certain you were meant to lead a fulfilling life of purpose, and a life of service. The answers to figuring out how to achieve your goals lie within you. 


We can visit in person, or we can meet virtually.  Everything can be scheduled Online.  


Life Requires Balance. I am here for you.   


I am a working professional - empty nester (technically). My life has been changed by learning from my children as they grew up, and even now, they hold me accountable to be my best version of myself.


My hope is that my life's experiences have given me exposure and skills that I can share with you.  Sometimes it's making one strategic change, one decision, one choice, that start you on habit changes and identity shifts.  You are able to change, you are able to be a new person. Trust the process and trust yourself.
